About Me

I was born and raised in Ndeiya region, Limuru constituency in Kiambu county, Kenya. I then moved to Nairobi, capital city, in 2008 in pursuit of higher education. Despite the challenges such as lack of fees and other basic needs, I was able to study hard and graduated and got a job in a law-firm where I trained as a legal intern. I started a car wash business located in Umoja area after saving from my law occupation and also selling books I had authored because I have a talent in writing with 3 published books. I believe this is a unique business since people are still buying cars and there are many youths who can be adsorbed in the business. About the children I am still unmarried.

My Business

Currently I work in a tour company and I also run a car wash business where I have employed 3 young men. I am glad that apart from earning an extra income from the car wash business, I have also employed 3 youths who would be unemployed thus wasting away. Car wash services are in much need because there are so many cars being bought and also when you provide high quality services, clients will flock your place. I decided to start this business since it requires less capital and chances of making losses are very minimal. On average we wash between 15 to 20 cars, thus making an income of about Ks. 30,000 (About US$400 dollars) I use the profits to expand the business and also paying university fees for my younger sister. If I get the loan, I want to expand the business by buying Car vacuum cleaners, buffing machines and an extra car wash machine

Loan Proposal

If I am granted this loan, I will add to my savings and buy a car wash machine which costs about US$500 dollars, a Vacuum Cleaner worth about US$150 dollars and a buffing machine costing about US$120 Dollars. These machines will expand my business by serving more clients thus increasing my profits and employing 2 extra employees. This may increase my profits to about US$600 per month.
