I was born in Makueni in 1968, i am married and we are blessed to have five children.
I hold a Masters degree and several undergraduate degrees in Religious Studies.
Up to now, i have continued to serve as a church Minister with Kenya Churches of Christ.
I also serve as a Bible teacher in I.P.C.M. and has acted as a student counselor and guider for several years.
I live in Nairobi, Eastleigh and My wife lives in Makueni.
Our Children are studying in different universities, secondary and primary schools.
My wife lives in Makueni which is dry and arid, which makes it very difficult for residents of Makueni to get fresh vegetables for domestic and commercial use. My wife has undergone training for vegetable farming drip irrigation , disease control and pest control by various government agencies.
She has been planting vegetables in our piece of land. We get water from river kibwezi which supplies water throughout the year. We sell the vegetables to residents of makueni and vegetable stores in makueni..
Below is a list of materials required:
1. Drip irrigation pipes for 8 meters by 15 meters and other pipes for interconnecting will cost
$50.
2. seven Water buckets costing $16.
3. Fertilizer and seedlings costing $25.
4. The remaining amount of money will help in transporting the materials from the shop,
making scare-crows to chase the birds away, buy pesticides and disease preventing
precautions and measures and transporting the ready vegetables to the market..
Kindly help us eradicate poverty by putting up and upgrading the vegetable project.
Thank you.
