About Me

My name is Francis Mike Eshun. Am 34 years, married with 3 children, Marshall, Emmanuel and Jonathan. I hold Master of Education (Science) Degree and work as Technical Officer (Extension) with Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD). Before joining COCOBOD, I was teaching at Prestea Senior High Technical School, with Ghana Education Service.

Farming is a passion, I have acquired a land in my current station, Nkonya Wurupong in Hohoe-Kpeve District to venture into farming in addition to my work.

My biggest aim is to help feed Africa through Agriculture, and in future hope to expand the farm. Cocoa, Plantain, Cabbage, Tomato, Economic Trees are what I grow.

My Business

My current business in farming. Plantain, Cocoa, Economic Trees, Cabbages and Tomato.

I dream of helping feed Africa. I am doing so well, but my difficulty is financing the project, especially the cabbage, with irrigation to ensure I produce cabbage year round. In addition, hiring labour force, getting insecticides and regular control of weeds needs intensive capital injection.

Project Proposal

Plantain farming with vegetable attached . For the past year, I have produced 300 bunches of plantain to markets and indeed I feel happy farming. It is helping me and my community and municipality, that is am contributing the food buckets of my locality as well as my community.
