About Me

My name is Khadijah Haruna. I am a stay at home momma of four. I have been in the wellness industry for 15 years. When I move to Medina 8 years ago, as a stay at home mom. I was looking for friends and a community feel. I wanted to get out of the house but had nowhere to go with my children. I missed a bigger city gyms where we could work out and our kids could come and be taken care of or watch us. I felt so isolated and lonely for many years. That gives me the carriage to move ahead.

My Business

That gives me the carriage to created a space where all are welcome and momma or poppas can bring the kiddos too. I have created jobs for moms just like me to join in as well. This is a healthy community for us to grow and find others who are on their journey to just being their best selves. My motto is We make fitness fun. If your looking for a space to get skinny this is not it.... We work on Loving ourselves from the inside out. I love this job and I love the friendships have formed . I offer a variety of fitness classes as well as build friendships and community in our small town. We are currently located within Accra and medina. I started this business because I was a stay at home mom and needs money to support my children education. I have been in this industry for 15 years and I knew exactly what needed to be done. I have executed the plan and it has been a huge success. We are growing out of space and needs to expand as l hate turning away clients as this time.
