About Me

my name is Rashi Abuti I am 29 years old,I went to Siongo primary school,then sega Township secondary school and proceeded to kenyatta university were i did Bachelors of arts Education ( primary option) I am married and blessed with three Children,moses aged 6, Donald aged 4 and Rael aged 2.
While in college I could barely make ends meet as I was an orphan.I started tuition programme for students with poor grades and students who wanted to better their grades,I could coach them during the holidays and weekends.The business was good and it helped me sustain myself at the college.When I graduated I tried looking for a job unsuccessfully, I took a loan from friend and rented two rooms in a conducive learning environment,since I was new here ,I did not get customers,by the end of first month I had only six students,things were growing tougher.When the six pupils sat for their exams,they all improved significantly and parents gained interest in my services I got more and more students and the business is now doing well.I strive to give the best services so as to retain my pupils.My vision is expanding it to a school in future.
My eldest son want to be an engineer and the second born want to be a doctor,they are both sharp and I am doing my best to mold them into what they want to be,the third born is still too young.

My Business

I provide tuition an and extra coaching services to pupils from class one to 8 from different schools and backgrounds. I do provided my services during evenings and weekends and work as a teacher during week days.
Tuition services are very important for pupils as it makes them grasp what the did not understand in class. It helps improve grades of poor and average students into good grades hence shaping their futures,I have helped many students improve their grades and that is my pride.
I choose these business because I am very passionate about education and love helping other people.
I spend $100 on average for paying rent and buying academic materials for my pupils. My monthly income from the business is $300 per month.
I use the money to pay fees for my children,and educate two orphan children ,I live with. I am also saving to buy land in future so as to upgrade it to a school.

Loan Proposal

Dear lenders, I am requesting for a loan to install a white board in my tuition block so that pupils can calculate from the board and copy notes i give them.we currently use chalk board and these has been expensive in terms of buying chalk and health. some pupils develop respiratory diseases due to chalk dust and as a tutor too my health is at risk. The white board will help me improve the service delivery to my clients and will be less costly.It will also help me attract more customers and increase revenue,
