Am 28 years of age married to Goddfrey Karongo and blessed with four children, three are in primary school the first in class eight whom is going to a secondary school after completing class eight the last year, the second born is in class six, third at class for, while the other is two years of age and still at home.I also m a believer with the Full Gospel Churches of Kenya which is near my home.Occupation am a farmer of coffee and dairy cattle and farming other crops like maize, beans .On Maize and coffee i do them for commercial to help me with my family on home chores and in the school fee for my young ones
The business that i specialize with is farming to my two acres of land whereby the coffee occupies half an acre with a total of four hundred sticks. The sticks i bought them with a price of 25 each for now am selling at Chania factory which is payable on three month basis on a good season with the number of sticks that i have on good harvest i make an estimate of 180000 in three months when i get the payment, payment are paid mostly on cheques a one kilogram costs 70 but ranges on the market price. When it comes on the maize plantation an acre on harvest brings 60 bags with a bag selling at 2300 a bag which brings 178000annually this is when i have made a good harvest
Am planning to boost this business of maize and also start the seasonal cash crops as we now have plenty of water which can do irrigation
With this amount i will increase the cabbage plantation to a more number as at the moment we are in the rainy season so i will not use any outside employee on irrigation.
This i consider a timely time when the cash has come as i will make it on the target i wanted to beat but i was almost to lower but with your consideration i see myself making it
Thanks and God bless you
