About Me

My name is Patrick Quaye from Agona Swedru in the Central Region of Ghana. I am 31 years of age and married with a lovely kid. I have live in this town since childhood. I am a hard working guy since my tertiary education level. Over the past 6 years, i have tried to establish my own career through the help of my senior brother by name George Offei. It is my vision to grow my business and add more to it.

My Business

In the year 2011, I started a printing press business by name Data Publicity Co. Ltd with my brother George Offei with a start-up capital of Two Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢2,000.00). It is a joint company and it is own by my brother (George Offei) and I with an equal capital contribution.

The company is a printing press firm. We offer the following services:
1. Sticker printing,
2. Flex banners printing,
3. T-Shirt printing,
4. Graphic designing,
5. Photocopies,
6. Printing of invitation cards, etc.

Our customer base is large and we hope to increase. The sky is our limit

We currently operate with three other staffs and I am the General Manager.

Loan Proposal

Over the year, customer base of Data Publicity Co. Ltd keeps on increasing as a result of our excellent and reliable services that we provide to our customers. Some years back, we ask our customers to make 80% payment for pending jobs before those jobs are executed due to lack of working capital. But currently, Data Publicity only ask its customers to make 10% payments for pending jobs as a result of proper working capital management through capital injection from our dear donors on this platform. Currently there is a pending printing job which when executed on time, will increase our profit base by $300.00. This job requires material such as Self Adhesive Vinyl, Sublimation Inks, etc. with the following cost:

Self Adhesive Vinyl = 15 pieces @ $865.00
Sublimation Inks = 6 pieces @ $185.00
Other materials for the job = $75.00
Total Cost = $1,125.00

Approval of this loan will increase the company's working capital so as to execute this major job and other minor pending jobs. The company's working capital now cannot meet the demand of some of our customers hence we seek the help of this noble house to support us financial.
