I have a daughter in Nakuru who has a salon and she always tells me how busy she is during the holidays. Yes the women like their hair to look nice. You didn't mention it but do you also cut mens hair? If not, think of all the extra money you could be making. Men need their hair cut too. Grow your business one step at a time and be patient along the way to your goal, you'll make it, I have confidence in you that you will. Get to know your customers real well, perhaps write their names in a book. It's good to keep records for various reasons. Perhaps offer them a discount on their next hairdo if they bring in a new customer. Another way to get some extra money is to sell snacks and sodas to the waiting customers. Do you have a fridge?
