About Me

My name is Margaret Zulu, I come from Zambia and I live in Ndola's Lubuto township. I come from a humble background and I have a two children. I went to Pamodzi Secondary School where I completed my secondary school or Grade 12. I studied food and nutrition and I hold a Diploma certificate. Am currently working with Trade Kings in the production section as a superintendent. Besides am also involved various business in the food industry. I heard of Zidisha loans as an invite from my sister and got interested to apply for the loan.

My Business

Am involved in food industry, I bake wedding cakes, corns, cup cakes, pie, samosa, sausage rolls and fritters which I distribute to different local shops in our community and neighboring schools. That is how I generate some extra income from my business. I choose the food industry business because it helps make money every day. I wish to apply for this loan because I need baking equipment's to support me in making and improving food productions.

Project Proposal

I propose to buy the following baking tools which will cost me approximately K 22,000.00 and these.

1. Mixing stand/ hand mixer
2. Baking trays and pans
3. Metal turner
4. Kitchen scissors
5.Rolling pin
6. Chef's Pin
7. Rubber spatula/scraper
8. measuring cups, turning table, wooden spoons and the baking sheet.
