A first born of four, I have always had to fend for myself. Schooling never really taught me much than to survive. Average primary, secondary and college gave me no much options than only those for survival. Ive had many passions but chose to pursue a bakery because of its ease of starting and nice returns.
This bakery employs 5 people. Im the manager and driver while the other 4 guys work in the kitchen. Our biggest seller is the mandazi. Our biggest market is the nearby town, we also sell to kiosks in the area. Our biggest challenge is expansion capital as most is spent daily on ingredients and wages.
I would love to put up more products and services. It's been very demand driven and more uptake in the goods we offer. The demand is more than the supply so this money will be able to address that shortage.
