About Me

I am a committed Christian n I attend S.D.A Central church in Kisii.
I was born in Enkoipperiai village Narok county in 1985, I later on joined my education wherby I attended Nyataro II primary school which is in Ogembo situated 2km away from Egetuki mkt. I undertook high sch education at Riokindo boys high. After my secondary I joined Hightech College of Accountancy where I did my K.A.T.C (technical level) and my CPA (professional level) at KCA- Eldoret until 2009 when I joined Moi univ for a degree course. I am currently Working with Old Mutual Assurance K Ltd, where I work as a Financial Advisor.
This is beside the biz pursuance I mentioned above.
The biz helps me subsidize my financial obligations.

My Business

I operate a confectionary business in Kisii town found in first floor of Umoja bldg. I chose doing this business because of the high population in this area which gives me a very big number of customers hence high sales in a week enabling me to make high returns. Despite of having biz interests in an internet cyber in the same premise, many customers tend to love snacks we produce. We emphasize on offering high quality services and customer friendliness. This has enabled the biz to attract and retain more customers throughout the seasons. In a month the biz is able to raise averagely USD 917 in normal times but upto USD 1,376 in peak seasons I.e when schools close in April August and December when the population of people with families increase tremendously. My expenditures for the month include; Rent, electricity, labour and purchases which translates to averagely USD 688 in a month.

Project Proposal

I am excited that I am a Zidisha member and that I have benefitted before.
I look forward to expanding my business by creating an eatery in Kisii Bus terminus in a mission to create and increase sales which have been dealt a blow by entrants into the same business in my current Umoja Building location.
The money will be of help and not limited to; Eatery room rent, furniture, utensils and government certification.

Hi lenders, The first loan was really helpful i was able to increase my production and was amazed by how fast the returns doubled. i will be posting for a new loan to enable me increase my production because of the sudden increase in demand brought about by the increase in the number of tertiary institutions offering holiday tuition(school based).
