About Me

Am a married woman with 3 children.all my children are in primary school.my husband works in the matatu industry as adriver.I live in kilifi county in mtwapa location at kikambala town.am a business woman. I only went to primary level and did not study further due to financial problems.i started the business because i needed to assist my husband in providing for the family as life is expensive and his salary was not enough.i use my business earnings to buy food for the family and petty little home daily home use items.

My Business

My business is a local restaurant wherby i cook and sell foood to people. My target customers are construction workers and pwani oil workers.Constructin workers and pwani oil staffs and daily casual workers need ready made cooked food for lunch and this gives or provides a market for cooked food thereby creatind a high demand in our area. Most people et at my local cafe because i sell my food at fair prices and reasonable quantities and i also offer credit to my customers and they pay at the end of the week thus am able to retain my customers. Not much risks though the ones you give credit at times run away and they dont pay therefore you cosider that as lose.i make about ksh 1,800 per day thus comes to ksh 54,000 per month.i spend about ksh 700 daily hus comes to ksh 21,000 per month.I buy in stock of worth 10,000 monthly.and pay rent for the business at ksh 6,000. I make a profit of abut ksh 17,000 monthly. I hope to get this loan so that i can add more stock and be able to cook more food and increase my income.
