About Me

In my day to day life I go by the name ‘Warda’ which is Swahili translation for Rose, my birth name. I am a Christian, wife and an all-round friendly person. I am a webpreneur by profession, at that I do work online as a writer, blogger and virtual assistant.

I recently embarked on opening a tour firm ‘Jungleline Warda Tours’ where I organize budgeted safaris and outdoor activities for people. I also own a craft project ‘Warda's Craft’ where I make and sell shaggy rugs (popularly known as shaggy mats) and also train on the same.

From my earnings so far, I pay for my online classes where I’m advancing on IT and Tourism, and whatever remains I invest back to the business.

If I get the loan, I will use it to expand and market my business to a wider circle. I am keeping it positive that my dream will come true with Zidisha.

My Business

Being a webpreneur I make my living by running blogs, forums, research writing among other virtual assisting jobs. I work three to four days a week online and that leaves me with humble time to tend to my other projects.

Warda's Craft is something I'm passionate about. Every stage of the craft is carried out by hand. These rugs add warmth, color to a room and are soft and luxurious to the touch and available in just about any color or design that can be imagined. This makes them the popular choice because there is something for everyone.

On the tour business, Jungleline Warda Tours challenges individuals and groups to reach beyond their comfort zones. These tours gives one an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and can be used as an effective medium for education, team building and socializing too. It's pure goodness.

Monthly cumulative these earn me between $600 and $1200 I believe there is room for growth.

I will use my income to repay the loan.

Thank you for this opportunity. I intend to use the loan to have my business domain names registered and hosted. This will give me credibility as few people are willing to do business with a company that does not have its own domain name. It will also open doors when a time comes and I want good sponsors (advertisers) for my website as the domain name gives a website an aura of respectability. What remains, I will use to design unique business cards as part of marketing my services at Warda Group Tour & Activities and Warda Shaggy Rugs Craft. This step is crucial as my business is conducted online and the growth of my clientele relies on it.
