1.ABOUT ME
My name is lukelo kasese , male youth from mbeya Tanzania ,I graduated at the institute finance management (ifm).After I finish my studies I started with entrepreneurship activities where I started with food processing activities in which I produced food products from agriculture produce such as fresh fruits and vegetables processing into different products such as fresh fruits and vegetables packaged in a vacuum bag to increase shelf life ,Drying fruits and vegetables to preserve nutrients and increase shelf life also producing other products from fruits and vegetables such as juice,jam etc my business have a very high demand especially in areas with low availability of fruits and vegetables

2.MY BUSINESS

My business is based in value addition of agriculture food products especially fruits and vegetables. My business is located at mbeya city due to a higher availability of agriculture products especially fruits and vegetables where I can easily access raw materials for processing. For now I produce fresh vacuumed fruits and vegetables that have a long shelf life with preserved nutrients and I supply these products to my customers inside the region.Also I produce dried fruits and vegetables and supply to my customers inside the region and outside the region and obtain a large number of customers outside the region especially areas with low availability of fruits and vegetables. Most of my customers love my products due to their long shelf life , Preserved nutrients and easy transportation of these products .Until Now I can produce 30kg to 50 kg per week though customers demand exceeds my supply level. My business have a various advantages to the society such as Through my business contributes to decrease losses that face farmers especially in storage of their perishable goods eg fruits and vegetables also my business help consumers to consume fresh products with natural nutrients and improve their health lastly my business help to improve income of my society by generating employment opportunities to other youth in my society
