About Me

My Name is Edwin Otieno, a Kenyan Citizen by birth from Nyanza Province, Siaya Sub-county, I am the Second born in a family of five. Edwin is a young ambitious entrepreneur who is interested and passionate about the innovation, agri-business, education and charity. I am Married and live with my family in Trans Nzoia County - Kitale Town. I live with my wife and my two kids. Am Self motivated and focused to give my family and people around me the best in life. I went through normal Kenyan Curriculum of Education studied Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from a Public University in Kenya and graduated in 2013. In 2014 I decided to venture into Computer Services and Consultancy Business in Kitale Town Primarily because that was my career line and also due to the fact that there was limited Job opportunity within the Country, I saw it suitable to engage myself in an income generating activity. The main source of Funds for the business was my own savings while in University, I started small and through persistence I thank God I am growing.

My Business

My Business involve provision of Computer related services to individuals and corporates. The Business is Located in Trans Nzoia County - Kitale Town- Makasembo Road. I provide Computer Consultancy Services to Individuals, Businesses and Corporates through Web Development and Domain Hosting at affordable prices, provide editing/update services to existing websites and also give upcoming business online presence through blogs and social media pages. In addition I provide Computer Solutions through Software development to small traders within Kitale Town
I also offer Computer training to students mostly computer packages and also do printing, photocopy, lamination, binding, computer Maintenance and Internet Cyber Cafe to Local. This is a thriving business because in Kenya Most of the government services are online and digitized.
The Profit generated from the business is used to support my family and also to grow the business through working capital. Cost incurred are mostly in rent, electricity, purchase of materials and maintenance of computer and printing machines.

Project Proposal

I am planning to buy new computer desks in my Cyber cafe shop, this is due to the fact that the one i am currently using are in a pathetic conditions/state and are not suitable for public use. The new computer desks will enhance customer service satisfaction and also my computer safety.
