However I have a query:
Upon my first loan application I was told to pay 1000/- for CRB check, and as a membership fee which will be refunded upon paying my first loan. Kindly may I know when and how the money will be refunded since I have completed my first loan repayment. Thanks a lot in advance for your response to my query.
