My Business

1. In my salon I do combine providing services and a beauty shop where in sell weaves, wigs, braids and other products e.g. lotions and outfits. I also offer services like massaging and pedicure
2. The premises I do operate from are rental therefore I have to pay rent amounting to 10000
3. When schools are open; I have a tender in some neighboring schools where I extend my services of plating the girls
4. I have students in my salon who I train on how to provide the necessary services and they normally help to attend to my clients when I am busy therefore generating more income to boost my earnings
5. I also do offer free nail polish for my clients who regularly come to my salon so as to retain them and attract new once
6. For men clients; I normally give them a discount of 10% of the normal charges in order to attract new and motivate the old clients
7. I also try make sure that we provide good and quality services to all my clients to avoid complains from them hence keep them from changing to other service providers
8. I also do provide barber services since I have divided the room into two so as to accommodate the two
This way I am able to generate more income
I have six employees for the barber and salon.
In the barber shop, we do provide free face painting to children so as to entertain them and give them something to talk about; as you know children love the little things done to them. This way they are able to spread the name of the business to their parents who in the end become customers to my business therefore easing the completion around me
