my names Dorothy chepkemoi maritim, born in the year 1979 to a family of eight children. am the second born amongst them. my parents are retired civil servants. I schooled up-to college level I am a holder of cpa part 2 section 3. I was employed in a petroleum company ,where I resigned 3 years ago to do business full-time. Am married and a mother of 2 school going children. my husband work as a civil servant in county Assembly of Kericho
I started my business 4 years ago with a small amount of Kshs. 10000, it wasn't easy but with the small salary I used to earn while working as an account in some petroleum company I grew it up-to ksh. 200000. with your support I have been able to maintain good stock and now operating a stock of over 500000 average profit on a busy day is kshs. 5000 other day 2000. and am targetting a profit of kshs. 10000 per day which am seeing the potential as a plan to open a branch of the same. I opened a branch and it is doing well. I thank God.
Thanks so much to zidisha for the kind of support over time. Am doing another loan which will really help me increase stock to my new and the old shop. I intend to majorly purchase men shoes and other kinda of men's clothing which I lack at the shop the project will cost me at least Kshs. 300,000 but the zidisha will have boosted Me a great deal. This will also increase the profits in my business. I appreciate you so much .
Am self employed and operate my business in a small town in Kenya my business has never stopped because I am still able to place order if my purchases and they are send to me. Secondly I stocked most stuff which I can source locally from the local wholesalers and still able to sell. Though not as it used to be but then am still able to sell what I get.
