I am Mills Kavala and i was born in 1986 in Kitwe district. I come from a family of 6 and am the second born. I have two brothers and 3 sisters. I did my secondary education at mindolo secondary school and later i did a certificate in primary education so am a teacher by profession.Finding sponsorship to go to college was the biggest challenge i faced and i almost gave up. I started a small garden at the backyard at my parents house and from the vegetables i started selling and was able to get something. I also started buying clothes for sale and thats how i raised money for college and overcame the hardship of college fees. From there thats how i have been selling clothes as a business. I am married and have 3 children , a girl and two boys and when they all grow up they want to become teachers. My hobby is gardening.
Mainly i sell clothes and shoes and i chose this business because i realised that teachers want to look smart everytime when they are on duty. So the business is on demand and form me its easy to collect payments as my customers are all my workmates. But i want to grow my business such that one day i will be able to supply clothes even to clients from other schools. I usually spend about k3000 to order assorted clothes and shoes and after i sell i make a profit of k500. The profit i make i use for rent and food for my family.
I am doing business of selling clothes and i have diverted some of my capital to growing vegetables in my backyard which i am selling at school to my fellow teachers. It is a good business people need to eat everyday so my business is on demand and i would appreciate so much if my loan is funded so that i grow my business. This loan will help me to buy a bag of organic fertiliser and once my vegetables are ready i will be able to sell and make some profit which i can utilise for my family, thats how my family will benefit from this loan and my business. My profit will increase not so much but it wont be the same. I want to thank all my lenders in advance.
