I am 22 years of age,I come from Berekum in Brong Ahafo region-Ghana in West Africa. i attended Jamdede R/C Primary School and continued at Jamdede R/C Junior High School. After my SHS education i stayed at home for two year because my father lost his job an my mother died and later by God willing i attended Berekum Senior High School. It was very amazing how i had an idea to start my own business with small capital on table since life was not easy. through my business i was able to raise money to attend Teacher Training College and am now in my first year at Berekum College of Education.so i use my shop earning to support my schooling.
Am running provisional store in my community. I sell goods like sugar, bread, soap, tooth brushes, tin tomatoes, pure water, biscuit, papers, and all the domestic goods. I stay in a community which is about 6 km to the city and most people need to travel before they can get some of these items. so i started selling these goods on table to help my people get asses to these goods without long time traveling. I have manage to expand my business.I earn $38 a day, and I,my family, and the community survive through this business .i use some of the profit to take care of my two young brothers and my education since my father is not working and he is old.
If am given the loan,i will buy items like soap, tooth paste, drinks, oats, tin tomatoes, t-roll, sachet water, cooking oil, and many more. i will use $86 to purchase these items and $14 for transportation.
If i get this loan, it will help the people in my community to get the needed provitions and in time, also i will generate profit to support my syblings education.
If i invest $ 100 in my business i can generate profit arround $38 to $45 from it.
