My childhood and education was in Meru County. I went to school in Meru both high school and primary in Meru. After I finished my high school education I decided to look for a job . I was employed in Nairobi Umoja estate as a shop attendant. I worked there for two years as I as little by little. After that I stopped working and I started my own shop as I had enough experience and I had capital which I had saved when I was employed.
I sell all shop products in retail. I sell milk ,bread, sweats, unga, sugar and all shop items. I chose this kind of business because everyone will in one way or the other visit a shop whether he or she do his or her shopping in these big mall he not buy everything there. My typical cost and revenue are small for each item but when you add the items you profit. I use profits to cater for my needs and improve my business.
The loan that I was granted previously made a great impact into my business. The purchase increased my customers and I hope this continues until my business is stable.
