The loan enabled me to purchase firewood and charcoal which has in return led to increased sales and as a result increased profit. At the moment i have managed to increase my earnings by 19% but I am anticipating more in the coming weeks.This earnings have been helpful in that through them I have in a position not once but many atime to make an additional stock out of it. Because of the frequency of interaction with my customers I have been able to create a rapport hence made many friends whom I at times especially on holidays i hang out with. The most interesting thing about my neighborhood is the fact that my neighbors love sporting events.

Good day! to everyone more especially our lovely lenders and the entire Zidisha team. I am happy to announce to you that, business is still in progress and it is excelling like never before. I am doing all that I can with the help of my apprentice to keep the production of mushroom .I want to take this opportunity to thank all the Lenders for your continual support. For now three of my apprentice are okay with how to cultivate mushroom and will be leaving to start their own mushroom production. I have started preparing my compost for the next production and it is going to be huge. I have targeted producing 7000 compost bags of mushroom. I now have with me my senior brother to assist me carry out this. In fact , he has been so helpful to me and I am proud of him. I will be updating you on whatsoever goes on during the production. As I stated earlier, I would use the funds to purchase a desktop computer at Ksh. 10, 000 and a WiFi set box at Ksh. 8,000. These items will enable me offer prompt computer services conveniently and increase internet access in my community. I purchased two computers and the remaining amount I bought photocopying papers for use. My clients now are enjoying browsing even they are not missing a machine as they used to miss. My earnings has increased from 50% - 60%. I hope with time it will increase more. My children are now going to school well without even chased away because of school fees and am feeding them well. My business has expanded now. I started with a few items, such as cooking fat, wheat flour, maize flour and sugar. With the loan I got I was able to get a few bales and since then I have never run out of stock, and customers from hotels have gained more confidence in my business. With time, I've been able to add stock, bit by bit. I was operating on a table, but the stock could no longer fit, so I secured a shop where I operate from now.
