I purchased two computers and the remaining amount I bought photocopying papers for use. My clients now are enjoying browsing even they are not missing a machine as they used to miss. My earnings has increased from 50% - 60%. I hope with time it will increase more. My children are now going to school well without even chased away because of school fees and am feeding them well. My business has expanded now. I started with a few items, such as cooking fat, wheat flour, maize flour and sugar. With the loan I got I was able to get a few bales and since then I have never run out of stock, and customers from hotels have gained more confidence in my business. With time, I've been able to add stock, bit by bit. I was operating on a table, but the stock could no longer fit, so I secured a shop where I operate from now.

I am going to use the amount requested to buy cocoa seeds for nursery. Some farmers have place order for the cocoa seedlings in quantities and quickly have to work on it. To all my dear friends who gave/ lended me towards making our poultry project a success, i sincerely THANK YOU ALL for your generosity and support... our first poultry project was so so successful that it enabled us to bring another bunch of birds that will be disposed End of this year.. part of the proceeds helped us to clear the Fee balance of my wife at the University, we were also able to use some of the proceeds to buy farm inputs like corn seeds, and beans for planting on our one Acre piece of Land. we have already planted and the farm is doing good.....

Hello lenders, I would like to begin with letting you know that I warm heartedly received a loan of kes 43600 from zidisha. I can't thank you enough for your generosity. I received the amount on Saturday 24th October 2015. Am more than happy to let you know that I had already began the construction of the cage so when the money was disbursed I just placed an order for the cylinders. By yesterday, Monday 26th October 2015 the cylinders were delivered and I was ready to commence business. I acquired 10pcs 6kilogram complete lpg cylinders at each kes 3550 and 5pcs 13kilogram complete lpg cylinders at each kes 5540. I also acquired a 4kilogram fire extinguisher kit at the cost of kes 5000. My total expenditure was kes 68200. Like I said I can't thank you enough so all I want to say is thank you a d thank you alot lenders and zidisha team.

Since i got the first zidisha loan i have observed changes of life in my personal life, my family and the community which i serve. Through rearing of improved indigenous chickens, i have used the returns to invest more on other activities of benefit. I have expanded my crop cultivation and in previous crop season i harvested enough maize crop and by now my family is food secure for more than a year. Change is also seen in the community as people are learning from me on keeping chickens. I have used some of the income to organise poultry keeping training in particular to needy families. hi stephen Akuno you are in luck I did cabbage in my farm last season a it did great.all you need first buy hybrid seeds for best results.we have baraka f1, practor and Pretoria are the best seeds.prepare your nursery and after 3 to 4 weeks they are ready to transplant .prepare your land in flows or holes with a spacing of 45cm all around the plant and ensure you use d.a.p when transplanting ( one bottle top should be enough per plant.) then ensure you apply enough manure to the plant. use all the necessary fungicides and pesticides and foliar fertilizer.
