I am a 29 year old lady and a mother of two girls,. I have a diploma in marketing and a certificate in theology. Am a joyful lady,handworkind and a good mother to my kids. I have a cosmetic shop at my home town Kutus,which i started after lossing my job coz of sickness.am in this bussiness for three years now,With Zidisha, I believe I can attain my dream of owning a fully fledged one stop cosmetic shop in the future.
Like earlier stated, I run a small shop in my hometown of Kutus,this is my biggest source of income an here is how I earn
Monthly turnover $330
Rent $100
Food and other expenses $100
Miscellaneous $50
x
From the above earning I am left with a profit margin of $ 100which I save in a Sacco and part of it re-invests in the business to spur growth. I have established a customer base, especially the salons around me and I have a competitive edge over my competitors since I am able to get my products from Nairobi at cheaper prices. Should my account be approved, I can only soar higher since this is not a start up.
Hello Lenders, I run a small cosmetic shop n Kutus town, where I sell cosmetic products and women shoes. The business has been good but lack of funds to inject in my business has seen slow growth. While I have a steady flow of customers, especially the beauty parlors nearby, I have a problem meeting their demands. The reason why I am here is to ask lenders to help me raise $ 150 to add stock on my already running business. This will ensure that I have enough time to run the business as the trips to the city will be reduced since I can get stock in bulks. Longer opening hours means more turn over and by extension more profits. I want to one day own a cosmetic super store that sells women shoes as well. Zidisha is my best bet to make sure this happens.
Should my loan get funded, this is how I intended to us the loan
$ 50 buy synthetic hair @ $ 5 per piece
$ 60 buy second hand women shoes @ $ 3 a pair
$ 40 buy beauty products such as hair oil and lotions
Expected Returns -
Synthetic hair - $ 2 profit per piece meaning $ 10
Women shoes - $ 1 profit per pair meaning $ 20
Beauty products- around $ 10
From the above, I expect to make $ 40 in profits from with the initial $ 150 Zidisha loan. I have committed to pay $ 6 every week but I intend to change that in after a while so I can clear the loan as soon as possible. God bless you as you contribute towards my loan.
Thanks again
Yours faithfully
