My name is Nyirongo Elias and a Chef by profession. I did food and catering course and I hold a Diploma in food management. Currently I am a student pursuing my degree program. At the same I am entrepreneur and it is through entrepreneurship that I managed to raise some to study furthering for my degree program. While growing up I went through hell to over come challenges in my life. By believing and focusing on my dreams , I have come this far. I have a great passion in business and I plan to have a good of take away and restaurants in the central business of town. Food business is very good and income is generated every day. I live in a land that is blessed with stones and the is good for drilling boreholes because water is plenty in the land . My my motto is to work hard because I dont want my children to struggle like I did in my early stages of life. I really want the best out of children by securing a good in for them in good education. During leisure time , I love travelling and visiting my friends and relatives.
I ran a a take away and restaurant in the central business town , Provide good meals such as fried bream fish and chips, chicken and chips, sausage and chips, t-born and chips, local foods , nshima and beef stew , pork chop , shawama, meat pie, chicken pie and burger. While the food meals are high in demand because when people working and those moving around town , want to eat and the only place is my take away and restaurant because we prepare good food and the demand is very. Due to increasing demand I need to buy more restaurant chairs, tables, coffee tables, cooler fridges , gas cookers and budges is approximately ZMW 25000.00 and ensure that the restaurant and take away are running smoothly by making good revenue.
Following the challenges of load shedding affecting the business at the restaurant , I need the funds to help me buy the gas cook, gas cylinder and the coffee tables. Now that we in July it is very cold and the demand at the take away and restaurant is increasing for coffee hence I need coffee tables especially for customers the like coffee. It will boost the business at the restaurant and generate more revenue.
