I am in the person of Daniel Lamboni Young from Winneba in the Ccentral region. I am an entrepreneur dealing in buying and selling of palm kernel cake which are most essentially purchase for exports. I tune to this type of job right after i graduated from college.
In the past my father, who currently had 7 children with 3 wives was the brain behind me forming up this business idea of buying and selling of palm kernel cake. Long before then, Anytime i return from college and on vacation i had to visit his dump site in order to help him bag the palm kernel cake into the sacks before we could transport them to the companies who then buy them for exports.
Building on this capacity i garnered complete experience since in the development of the business i realize it could fetch me a little income if i completely devote my time into managing a branch of my own
In the latter part of September last year, i develop a business idea of also buying some palm kernel cakes and also included the palm kernel shells in the business plan hoping that in the near future i can handle the two sides,
As we currently speak a bag of palm kernel cake is GHS 8 and could be resold to the industries that buys them for export and for reprocessing them into animal feed too at a dollar rate of GHS 14 a bag converted , making some margin of profit just in that simple transaction
I have organised for 20 bags to be sold and will hope if i could get funding in order to increase the intake and buy more.
In the light of the above discussion i realize that it will look profitable if i devote extra time in exploring and adding up more ideas into the buy and sell of the palm kernel cake and if probable the palm kernel shells. The business is lucrative and i believe if i devote much time and capital into it it will be sustainable. So i call on all our lenders to pull up support for me to help achieve this objective.
