I am a lady named Tenin Boni and I was born August 17, 1980 in Banfora, a town not far from the city of Bobo-Dioulasso where I live now. I've been married for more than fifteen years and I have two children, one son and one daughter. The girl is in sixth grade and the boy in second grade. I live in the 21st sector of Bobo-Dioulasso in Colsama with my family. I have been a seamstress for many years. The profits from my business provide means for me to help my husband with the whole family's expenses, so I want to enlarge this business to increase my profits.

Being a seamstress is a profitable career in the city of Bobo Dioulasso. That's why I worked at it since I was very young, since before I was married. My specialty is making women's clothes. I make embroidered fabric, dresses, skirts, wraps, shirts and pants in my workshop. I sew dresses that cost from 2,000-6,000 francs, embroideries from upwards of 10,000 francs, finished skirts at 4,000 francs, simple outfits at 7,500, traditional African wraps at 1,500 and up, and shirts and pants for 1,000 each. I gain many new clients at the holidays since all the women want to look nice, and so they come to my sewing salon. I would like to have your financial support in this enterprise.

I sew women's clothes such as embroideries, dresses, skirts, traditional African wraps, shirts and pants that I make in my workshop. This first loan will allow me to buy a sewing machine for my workshop. I want to be able to employ another person to learn sewing and then to work with me. That will help me greatly, since as the holidays approach it's hard to meet the clients' demand, and there is potential for profits that I'm missing.
