I live in a big family, my father is polygamist with 10 dependent children and we all live in the family home. I am also married and father to a little three year old girl. I am a multi services manager in a cyber-café in Dakar. I hold an advanced degree in Management and a Bachelor of Business Law and I opened this business due to a desire to benefit from owning and running an SME as it is very difficult to find a decent job in these times. With what I earn from my business I am saving up to open another multi-service company in another locality and create a network of companies but also to have something to help my parents and look after my little family.
In my multi-services space, alongside the internet connection which we offer at a very affordable price, we offer other services such as bill payments, money transfers, sales of phone credits but also the sale and repair of computer equipment with all kinds of CPU, laptops, etc ... The accessibility of our prices compared to the competition is a key factor in the eyes of the customers and the telecommunications sector is an indispensable tool to avoid falling behind in the march towards development. This trade works well since the demand is quite strong and we are seeing earnings of 40-50000 francs a month that we want to increase through the provision of new machines, in other words increase the number of available positions and thus increase the gain.
With the loan requested I intend to acquire a new cartridge for my copier whose ink run out 10 days ago and pay for the maintenance of the photocopier and the printer for a much more efficient use and greatly increase my profit. With the photocopier I would acquire a minimum profit of 1,500 francs per day, which will give me 45,000 francs a month to allow me to increase the number of machines and help the family.
