Currently I live in Nandi town where I am running my business there.My business shop is found in the main stage near exit.
I hold a diploma in accountancy from a University of Kabianga.And I aim to go higher to further my education.
Despite the challenge and hard I faced to get capital,I managed to still run my business.After I completed my education I decided not to stay idle but to do business while I wait for an an opportunity though it was very difficult for me to get capital but I was later get support from my parents and community.
I came to start my business immediately after I completed my college.Since I am a hardworking lady,I saw it's not good for me to stay idle.I decided to start my business.Since I know more about business, business has many advantages like improving someone live and getting more benefits.
I am married and blessed with three children;Brian,Peris and Caleb.Brian want to be surgeon,Peris want to be doctor and Caleb want to be engeneer.
My favourite hobby is helping the needy, visiting oldage and reading the Bible.
My business is called MEKO general shop.
The goods and services I do provide in my business are foodstuffs and households goods.I provides goods like sugar, bread, rice,soda,unga chapati and mandazi, maize flour and cooking fat.
I decided to do this business because I had a dream to be a business lady.I chose to do this business because the people from my place were moving distance in search for the same goods which made me to open the shop.
I used a capital of 40000kes to start my business.I used 10000kes to pay rent for five months and used the remaining 30000kes to buy goods and services.
My business will allow me to earn more profits which will assist me pay school fees for my children, helps the needy, support my parents, build my good house and to expand my business.
I will use the funds to purchase home supplies like basins,plates,bowls,cups, knifes,pangas,jugs and buckets. In foodstuffs I will buy cakes,breads,sugar, juices,sodas,rice,milk and maize flour.The loan will helps me buy more goods which will enable me increase my profits and can achieve what I need.Thank you.
