My name is Joan a second born in a family of 6 I grew up in Nyamira county and finished my primary and high school studies in the same county. Since childhood my dream was to be a beautician ,to learn my own saloon in future .After school i requested a small amount of cash from my parents and ventured into salon business. The business has been running smoothly until a friend of mine introduced me to Zidisha. I am blessed with one son he promises after school he wants to be a teacher. I love my neighbors and i like to making new friends.

i have a small saloon shop where i sell cosmetics and do weaving, weaving is on demand compared to cosmetic selling. i choose this kind of business because of the customers in the area where I stay they are readily available

If i receive funds i will add stock of braids and cosmetics in my shop to have enough items to sell to my clients.this will generate income and pay fees for my siblings in future .The items are readily available .
