I am Alice Njoki Maina, a young lady born and raised in Nyeri County in our good land Kenya.

I was brought up as a responsible girl and was enrolled to school in my early years. Later I was enrolled to high school in Nyeri county.

After completing my high school, that's when the idea of business came up. This was after I saw the struggles my parent had gone through in paying my school fees.

I decided to open a retail shop in my locality whereby I buy goods at a wholesale price and sell them with a profit. By this am able to build myself and also support my family and siblings.

My business majors on buying and selling of goods.

I buy things from wholesalers in my locality and sell them to consumers at retail price.

I sell things such as unga, rice, sugar, cooking oil and also cereals. These products are the most selling as people will definitely eat and by buying the products I end up earning higher profits.

The profits I earn I set part of it in adding stock in my shop and part of it in supporting my family and siblings.

I will add the stock to met the customers expectations needs also pay my rent, electricity and water bills, I will also cater for my children school fees and other basic needs, with your help in bigger amount of money while supporting my projects I can open up another foodstuffs shop and employ a person who can run a business from my community.
