I am the above mentioned person, born on 25.01.1978 at Chemonoi village,Mogoiywo sub location, Maraba location Aldai Division Nandi District-currently Nandi South District. I joint Mogoiywo Primary school and in 1997 i sat for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education and pass, where i joint Maraba Secondary School within the District in 1998, In the year 2001 i sat for the KCSE and after that i Joint Kobujoi Development Studies as a Cashual working in the farm department and faced challenges for i had to make a work plan and ensure my work was perfect. In the year 2009 i Joint Total security farm where i work in Kisumu branch as a guard up to the year 2010 where i was promoted in the capacity of a controller, here i faced challenges in making sure employees are treated with utmost. In Nandi area we do have rains every year and therefore making farm produce to be available most.
Business is the activity carried out to ensure low loss attained and profit gained. For this to be done, I have to plan first and make sure the profit gained is used to expand the business and refund the loan granted to avoid standstill of the business started. I have plant tea which in the next one year the source of income will be attained,In my area most people are low in education of business and this have made me ensure my brother complete High school at Kemeloi Boys and my sister now sitting for KCSE at Fr. Mair Girls Kobujoi. I came from family of moderate standard and we use the farm produce like Maize, bean, sweat potatoes and sorghum and millet to take care of our life.
Will buy farm produce e.g Maize seeds and fertilizers worth USD 50 and this will be increase with speed for i will ensure maintained well. The department will help the nearby got employment and i myself will be educating persons on how to use the loan given. Moreso,i do expect the business increase with more than 50%.
