When I completed my secondary level I use to engage myself into various business training programs and involuting reading culture books to learn more about business ideas. my vision was to work for myself and creat Jobs for others.
I have a shop in kamwala where I sale office equipments, as you may know are tools needed to carry out office duties and make it functional. I sale Computers, Scanners, Photocopier or Photocopy machines, Printers, Shredders, Type Writers, Teleprinters/Telex Machines and fax machines. I also sale Phones.
I have information technology department room and it's main function is to ensure that there is efficient operation and maintain of the information system so that the information flows between departments it has to ensure that the data necessary for decision marketing is kept properly.
This department is also used to type and process documents which acts as a typing pool.
I want restart my business to make it more profitable. I will get customers to pay for orders in advance, and then use those funds to deliver the product. Last year was a hard year for me because I almost lost everything I had, but thank God through my struggles have manage to come up with something and continue with my business because God gave me this gift and opportunity of running business and I think I can creat a sin if I worst it.
