My name is Bryson Khamllah Lumirhi,30. I was born in Western Kenya in a large polygamus family. My father was a village chief and my mother a house wife. I struggled through school due to poverty and finished colled aftef pursui g a diploma in Quantity Survey. Jobs were hard to come by but was able to see an opportunity to open a small fast food joint near two recently established universities in Langus. I borrowed money from friends and set up the business. My son would like to be an engineer when he grows up. My second child is not yet born. I am an avid footballer and I play for my community team as a defender
My business involves preparing dishes for my clients who are mostly students and construction workers. It is a fast food where clients just eat and leave. I have lots of customers so demand is not a problem save for when students are on holiday.Costs include buying food items , wages foe my workers and other utility bills. Most of my profits are spent for my gamily's upkeep and repaying my friends who loaned me to start up.
I will use the loan to buy more food items to cook to meet the demand for my ever increasing customers. Cases of customers missing food will be a thing of the past.
