Am more advantaged cause i know many manufactures and agent distributors{an advantage from my former job being in purchasing department} and this gives me a chance to get my products at manufactures price and thus am able to sell the products cheaper than my competitors . I also have good customer services/relation with my customers and also i got product knowledge and my shop is always clean and well displayed , i also makes sure my shop is well stocked so to meet my customers needs{i do not encourage stock out} .i also do not sell counterfeit products or expired products and also able to solve all my customers complains .my shop is located along a busy road where many residents use daily and thus my shop is always busy For the duration i have been in the business let me say the risk which my business was facing i have managed to address them and currently am stable. My monthly expenses includes
