I have an entertainment shop that has different generating sources. I have diversified my business to have six different generating sources all under one business. An entertainment shop dealing with movies and music, a cyber cafe dealing with print media, internet, computer services, repaire and maintainance. A stationery section dealing with all stationaries i.e. books, pencils, files and many more. Mpesa services, computer and phone accesories i.e. flashdisc, memory cards, mouse, keyboards and many more. I choose this business because it is what i love doing, dealing wth computers an much more in the IT industry, it is a growing srctor in our economy and market. It is a profitable business, has minimum costs dealing with machines except when they breakdown they have high maintainance expenditures but with greate handling and right maintanance when required they give you greate service and greate revenue.
I use my profits in reinvestment and and growing business. Right now i am working on a greate business idea i have on my IT market in my region done greate research on and in a few months i ll have saved enough for it.
I will buy inventory for my computer and phones accesories business to satify the greate demand on the items such as
flash discs costing from 3 to 25 dollars, memory cards 3 to 20 dollars , computer mouse 3 to 8 dollars , keyboards 5 to 10 dollars, dvd drives 15 to 20 dollars , power cables 7 to 15 dollars, usb cables 4 to 8 dollars, external harddrives 40 to 90 dollars depending on different items. Buy stationery costing 50 to 60 dollars. I am expecting my business profit to increase by a 30% due to increase in supply to meet the high demand of the items i intend to add their inventory.
