I am katee muange a second born in a family of 8. My family has a poor background and so I did not attend school as most of the time I was in our farm or doing manual jobs but I am passionate about farming and so I decided rear broilers and layers chicken. Layers chicken and broilers are in high demand both in Kenya and also abroad. For this reason I engaged myself with the farming of the latter and the market has proven to be worth joining. It has yielded much profit but the market has been overwhelmingly large and my supplies are limited and for this reason I wish request for a loan that will enable me expand my farming and be able satisfy huge orders from my clients. I plan to expand my business by building more chicken houses and purchase more of them. The demand I have been receiving is so large for me to satisfy due to finance problems. So I plead with you to lend me the loan so that expand my business and fulfill the market demand.

I plan to pay the loan with the profits earned from my business Despite the market having several business people in it I overcome my competition by getting huge orders from my clients due to my trustworthy, on-time-delivery of the products and supplying high quality products which has seen a tremendous growth in my clientele. However, we encounter challenges like poultry diseases but with the help of zidisha loan I will afford the services of a veterinary doctor thus my layers chicken and broilers will not be affected. Also with the services of the veterinary doctor the products will also increase on a large percentage hence increase my profits and income. So far I have 97 layers chicken and 64 broilers and I sell almost 90 eggs per day which goes at a cost ksh11 per egg which total to almost 12dollars per day. And for the rabbits I sell almost 4kg of the meat on a weekly basis at a cost of 5dollars per kg so that is 18dollars per week.
