I am Mercyline Okumu from Kenya; farming has been my dream and still it is , if given the chance and credit i would wish to invest seriously in farming to reduce food shortage in my locality

i produce the vegetables, maize and cassava-vegetables are highly demanded

i choose farming because its cheap to start and it erduces food shortage.

i use the proceeds to educate my children and siblings.

I recently branched off to chicken farming and it has taken off quite well. However, I need funding in this new venture and that is why I am here.

I will use the mney to buy chicks which will be an addition to what I currently have. My goal is to raise the number of birds to 500 from the current number of 60. I want to use Zidisha as leverage to achieve this goal within the shortest time possilbe.
