My name is peter kamau, I was born in family of six, four boys and two girls in village called mutarakwa limuru constituency kiambu in central Province. I Went to limuru Primary school then joined limuru boys High School.After 4 years of my High School level; I stayed at home doing farming in our small Farm since my father did not have money to take me for higher studies. I did small scale farming where I could at least earn an income to upkeep my self. I did this for about 3 years till when I learnt for the business (cyber Shop)am doing up to date from one of my Friend whom I visited and gave me the idea .
From there with my little savings, I opened the Cyber Café with atleast two Computers where am doing typing, browsing and other internet service, the business has an income of Kshs10, 000 a month. I chose this kind of business so as to fight ignorance among my people and have an informed community. The little I get here I used for paying school fees for my kids and also for my business and house rent. I intent to continue with this business, because in future I want to start a computer class, selling computer hardware and software and also computer maintenance.
The money I get from this funding will assist me to buy two more computers (Each @ USD 50) since the ones I have are not enough. Having extra computers will enable me to attend to more customers, hence increasing revenue and profit. The loan will enable my business to serve more customers and the challenge of customers waiting to be served when someone is using the computer will be minimized. The success of the business will create job opportunities to people hence I will be able to positively affect the lives of others and also contributing to the growth of the economy.
