MY name is Victor,I am in naivasha where I am living with my family of five my first born is aged eight years old called Rodney,My second born is called Ray five years old whereas my last born is turning two years called Ruby.My wife is called Margaret who we are helping each other to raise our three children as we try our best to give them the best in life despite harsh economic times.
I dream to give the best to my family establish a beauty shop that will sell cosmetics that are body friendly at same time empower the young boys who are bound in drugs abuse as I engage them in productive activities to be self reliant.
When I was growing I used to help my parents sell potatoes in the town that's is how I gained the skills to venture into business.
I sell beauty cosmetics in naivasha town along Nakuru Nairobi high way.
I started doing the business in the year 2013 in august.
I started the business because I wanted to meet my needs, I had no job yet I had a family to provide for in buying food, shelter and clothing at the same time take my first born to school.
My biggest challenge has been funds to purchase cosmetics my clients vary from low. middle and high class end each class has its own preferences so I manage to reach to mostly the low and some how middle class clients but sometimes they want products which I don't have in store.
My customers are mostly ladies, I sometimes attend to men also this include low,middle class. most of them reside in naivasha town and road passers.
My goal majorly is to establish a vibrant beauty cosmetic shop that will sell products that are body friendly without adverse effects to the skin,that are tested for use. open more shops and reach more clients.
I am proud when I get referrals from my clients when they use my products that don't have adverse effects on body and get more clients from those I have attended without going to market myself.
I am going to add stock of cosmetics to my shop using Ksh 3000.
I will have stock to sale to my clients this will in turn fetch more revenue and profit to my business.
My business will grow, will reach more clients at same time retain them because I will have the products at my shop to resale to them. Will create jobs for others in the community.
My life will improve, will be at peace thus very productive thus great results. I wont use a lot of energy in meeting needs for my family.
