My name is Keziah Wamaitha, and I was born in 1973 at Kimangu farm, which is in Ronagain Nakuru County. I went to school in 1979 at Gorgar Primary School, and then I attended Mama Ngina Secondary School. After my secondary education, I could not continue to study because of my parents' situation. I made up my mind to look for an activity to sustain myself. I started a business of selling green groceries in our nearby centre. After working for about five years, God gave me a man whom I call the father of my children.
I am involved in dairy farming, and that's how I met my husband. I have three cows, which makes me a mother with a well paying job because my business produces at least 90 liters of milk each day. After all my expenses, I earn a monthly profit of K.E.S. 30,000. I use the money to pay school fees for my children after three months. The rest I use for my personal expenses. Sometimes, as you know, there are challenges, as in any business. I faced a lot of challenges when my cattle got sick, and I always needed to be near a doctor.
Dear Lenders,
First and foremost is thank my heavenly Father for this golden opportunity. I would like also to thank you all. This far, my business has prospered due to your support. Let me say that since I joined this institution, my life has changed. For this loan, I want to use whole amount to buy feed which will be used for whole year. This is because i have learned from the mistake i made the other time. This time i want to be very careful for before i almost to lost my cattle due to lack of feed.
