I am 37 years old,married with three children.professionally i am a procurement officer,and proprietor at chicken rearing.I completed my degree in purchasing and supplies management from Jomokenyatta university of Agriculture and technology.Am three months old in my new employment job.Have come along with small scale farming of rearing of chicken and they have made me to finish my degree.And my children,they have various hopes in the line of specialization,one wants to be a Doctor,another one surgeon,and the last one likes to be a police officer.my hobbies are listening to gospels and watching the geographical zone in TV.
The rearing of chicken has became Avery important part in my life.Through rearing 300 chickens that gives me at least 10creates of eggs and each create is sold at 3 DOLLARS.So 10 creates *3 DOLLARS per day=30DOLLARS.Food 1 sack is 23DOLLARS which takes 1days.so the profit margin made during the day is 7DOLLARS *30days=210DOLLARS.There is vaccination that is done every after two weeks which amounts to 90DOLLARS. Labour for the person assisting me is 70DOLLARS.then i buy chicks feed because i do rear one day old chicks.
Upon receiving the loan am ready i want to increase my chicks to 500.so i will buy them @5 US Dollar.which will make my rearing to increase and also increase the output.I will be able to expand my chicken house to accommodate more of the chicken since i will invest back my profits to buy more and chickens.On top of that i could want to expand my supplies to other places outcast of town, to reach many customers as possible.Am expecting a profit margin of 700USdollars very month.
