I am a father, I have a wife and four children. I live in Bobo-Dioulasso, the economic capital of Burkina Faso, lodged in the heart of the west, a dynamic business region in terms of business. In view of the responsibilities that I have, I started a business to meet different needs such as:
Food (such as corn, rice, millet, etc. ...)
Clothes
The education of my children
The city of Bobo is is really crucial for me because my entire family loves it for its potential. This led me to start my business in this city.
I started a business of various food products: these include natural juices (tamarind, hibiscus, mango), cakes, ice. Given the geographical position of my country, which is a Sahelian landlocked country, there is a lot of heat. This leads to a greater need to hydrate, hence my vision to produce ice and juice. It's even more profitable to combine the juice with cakes. I have a fridge that allows me to keep the juice fresh and make ice. I must say that I am really doing well, because my revenues allow me to pay my electric and water bills at the end of the month and still save 75,000 FCFA. My business faces the risk of products going bad due to power outages. To avoid losses, I need to buy a small generator that can take over when there is a power failure. The rest of the loan will allow me to increase my production.
