i'm ian from kenya, 28ys old. i completed my diploma in computer and network engineering in the year 2009 then i joined kitale golf club in the year 2010 to 2011 as an IT technician. then i went back to the university to take my degree in electrical and electronics engineering which I left it because of school fees. during my campus days i had to do computer repair works on call basis. which help me a lot in gaining experience and at least i got something to pay may rent a meals. which then i decided to move to lodwar to establish a computer repair business. i watch football a lot and i like swimming during my free time
i do computer repair business in lodwar town. i have created a client base in the 5 months i have been doing my repair business. i have at least two co-operate clients and several individuals who have appreciated the work my work and they have a lot of confidence in me. generally in turkana county they have been bring people all the way from nairobi and eldoret to do their repair but since i came people have started building confidence in me. per month i would accumulate at least 35000 from my repair business which i pay business rent of 8000 per month house rent of 5000. and personal expenses around 7000 per month the rest i do savings. my profit at the moment i have inputted to the three acre farm i leased from my neighbor. in addition to that i want to add photocopying and printing services alongside the repair business. which in future i am planning to engage in computer and it consumables sales.
i would like to buy hp 3 in 1 printer at a cost of $55 and 5 rims of pring papers at cost of 1900. adding the printing services to my business will increasr my revenue and i expect ti employ one person to help in printing services. since there is a high demand for printing and photocopy services since guys go almost half a kilo meter to get the service. i am expecting an average of $8 income per day generated from the printing and photocopy services.
