The next step is constructing two units of two bedroomed house for rental purposes, on the remaining part of the plot. This will boost our income by $300 monthly, part of which will be used in expanding our business and the rest towards loan repayment.

* 1 Lorry of Sand $330
* Foundation stones $250
*Machine Cut stones $420
