i was born and raised in remoserful rural area of makueni county, where i also completed both my primary and secondary education,growing up inthe environment exposed me to the untapped potential within local communities, particulary among youth, small businesses and farmers who lacked access to digital platforms and technology driven markets.
from my early stage in my academic journey i developed the strong interest intechnology and digital soulutions, this passion led me to establish coolbe ventures ltd a registered business, focused on profivind accessible and affordable technology services within the community
coolbe ventures ltd was founded to bridge the digital gap in makueni county and surounding areas, we focus on:
1. laptops repairs/desktop computer repairs
2.computer training
3.computer sales both new and refurbished
4. online product promotions and digital marketing
5. online services
6. mobile phones sales and repair
furthermore, coolbe venture is known for its uniqueness in;
strong community roots and understanding of local markets dynamics,practical knowledge in digital marketing and product promotion, passion for training and mentorship in digital skills and scalebale model that can operate both physically and virtually without heavy infrastructure cost.
cost of starting the business was 12k with a monthly revenue of 15k
the proceedings from this business i use it to reinvest back inthe business for it stabilize
Am several desktop computer's and they require an update on operating system and I'll use this grant to cater for their installation and secure a newer monitor for display.
The shop is growing and the daily turnover is requiring more efforts and investment for this expansion. Soon I'll be adding a new staff too from the community a direct give back to the community. My positive growth is a positive growth to my family and the community at large.
