My childhood education can be traced way back to the year 1990 when i was born in a small village in Western Kenya called Shamahoho. I was born to and raised by a single mother having lost my father i understand through a road accident. I school up to form four and ended my schooling at that level as i received a lot of mistreatment from our uncles who wanted to chase us from our home and take up my late fathers wealth.
My mother suffered stroke and succumbed to the stroke. I decided to move away from home and go and make a living else where since i never wanted to suffer as much as my mother did. I have some basic knowledge in Beauty as my mother owned a salon and most of the time i used to work with her when i was on holidays. With that knowledge and some equipment that i took from my mother salon i went to nakuru and started my own salon and a new life all together. That is how my business resulted.
I operate a salon and a cosmetic shop in Nakuru town where i offer services like hair plaiting sales of human hair, nail polishing, massages, manicures, pedicures and so on. These services are useful in that they play a very important role in enhancing beauty to the ladies. The demand for these service is also high because i am competent enough in these field and i thus have many customers.
I chose these business as it was my only means to survival after the demise of my mother as well having been chased away from my ancestral home.
I have been making a living from the profits that i make, i give back my business and also make savings
i will use the loan given to buy a dryer for my salon that cost 50 us dollars i have been making savings towards these goal and financed with 25 us dollars i will be in a very good position to add the remaining 25 us dollars and acquire the machine.
It will help me improve the services that i render and in turn make good money each and everyday
