I was born into a family of a very low class. I happen to be the first sibling of my parents. Mother and father were peasant farmers. At age 12 my mum passed away outing me in a very critical condition. I was unable to further my education at JHS1.

I was made to support dad on the farm as a first born to support my younger siblings.

My father fell sick when I was 17 where a neighbour accepted to train me as an electrician.

With the help of this good Samaritan, I was able to acquire a small kiost where I started my small business

I began selling bulbs, wires, plugs and many more with the little my neighbour and master who trained me gave to me when my dad fell Sick.

My small shop was the second in the neighborhood. So it had quite good demand. My master gave me enough space and opportunity due to my predicament which helped me a lot. I chose this business because I fell in love with it at infancy and it was one thing that lessened my burden.

I take care of my sick dad and two younger siblings who are all my responsibility now with this small business.

With the current energy issues and the governments advice for energy users to uses energy saving bulbs, I want to expand the business by selling them on a large scale. This will amount to about 110 US dollars.

This will go a long way to increase my revenue. People who travel kilometres before they can get this high quality bulbs when I run out of stock can get some easily from my shop if I get it.

My returns can rise by 60% if this loan is granted.
