My name is Moses Mabiale Wabwire from Mundika ,Busia County.I went to Mundika Primary school and Koyonzo mixed secondary school. After secondary school I did not manage to get money for college fees.

After staying at home for quite some time,I started boda boda business (ferrying people using bicycle) it did not go well because it was tedious, that is when i tried my hand in farming and i am glad and passionate in what I am doing currently.

I do not have children at the moment but I have a sibling ,she wants to be a musician when she grows big, mine is to wish her well.

I play soccer and listen to music during my free time.

I am a commercial horticulture farmer, but currently I am growing carrots and cabbages, the demand for my goods is high because a University college has been constructed in the nearby town and so marketing is no problem.

I am currently preparing to a kale seed bed targeting January-may dry season when demand is always high and prices are premium.

In a month My revenues are $290 and my expenses are about $100.In a good month I make about $190 in profit depending on season.

I use my money to pay fees for my sibling and take care of my aging parents.

Thank you for visiting my profile and welcome home always when you visit Kenya.

I thank you so much for you are making my dream com true,I am finally in the path I have always dreamt to be in. Looking at my county there is so much untapped opportunities in horticulture as over 80% of vegetables used are imported from other counties. I have a role to play in breaching these gap and that is reducing imports by at-least 5% in the next 6 months.

I have already leased an acre of land with my savings and I am requesting for the $400 loan to help me in buying seeds, additional manure and land preparation.

I expect my revenues to increase by 300% in the next two months.I would be thankful for your support once again
