Evans Ochieng is my name. I'm a married man, a father of two children. My home county is Siaya, where I was born in the year 1994. I started schooling at Sega Primary School, from where I graduated in 2007. I then joined Sifuyo Secondary School from 2008 to 2011. I then joined Mawego National Polytechnic from 2015 to 2018. I graduated with Diploma in Food and Beverage Management.
I got employed as the Kitchen Manager at Homabay Hotel from 2020, where I worked until 2024, before I lost my job. Refusing to bow to the situation, I came up with a group of flying chefs, when I moved to Nairobi.
Since then, I have employed 7 young people who work under my initiative as flying chefs, who are hired during events to handle culinary matters. I also have a small hotel where we make various foods for sale, especially the fast moving street food loved by city dwellers.
I wish to invite everyone to help me expand my empire as I employ more people.
I'm a flying chef, and also have a hotel for quick selling foods among the city dwellers. I opted to do this business because of its nature of generating income speedily, something that has enabled me make huge steps in growing myself and those around me.
I'm looking forward to carter for operational costs and purchasing the necessary ingredients to boost my earnings as I expand my fast foods business. This will be a milestone for me and my family as the community enjoys fresh and healthy food from my shop.
