Theresa Chilufya is my name, I live in Farm land in Mapanza Compound in Choma district in southern province. I was raised by my parents and I went to Nyase secondary secondary school. After I completed school I went to Monze school of Agriculture , where I obtained a Diploma in Agribusiness. While grew up as a young girl , my late parent taught to take agriculture serious and I developed the interest because it was a great source of income my parents could and pay for my school fees and siblings. Having completed school I went straight into farming because I grew to have the keen interest and passion to take up agriculture business seriously as a source of great income . In Mapanza where I live in, the land is good and fertile for growing any crops and for keeping livestock. When my children grow up and finish their school, I will also encourage them to take up agriculture business seriously because it is a great source of income.

I am young entrepreneur in farming of different crops , I grow a variety of crops for sale and these are head of cabbages, rape spinach, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, egg plant , sweet potatoes, cassava and potatoes. These good are useful for daily consumption and hence the demand is very high. The business is highly profitable and I make good income which helps to look after my family very well. Currently I need to buy farming inputs for my vegetables especially heads of cabbage and maize. I need approximately ZMW 12,500.00 to buy enough farming inputs and pesticides for spraying and avoid worms eat or attacking the crops.

I need the funds to buy fertilizer, seedlings and pesticides in my vegetable gardens to allow my vegetables grow very well. Once I buy these farming inputs I will produce a good crop yield of vegetables for sale especially heads of cabbages that have good profits.
